The Ritual of Sakura Bed & Body Mist by Rituals

The cherry blossom season is beautiful but brief. Get those Instagram shots while you can. In Japan, the arrival of cherry blossom (sakura) has a dedicated festival, Hanami, celebrating the beauty of the flowers and the beginning of spring.

I’m having a blossom party of my very own courtesy of The Ritual of Sakura Bed & Body Mist by Rituals, £16.50. I personally feel no need to mist my bed, so apply it to pulse points like a traditional fragrance. The mist is very fine and also lovely spritzed into hair.

Powdery, sweet, floral. The perfect scent for spring. It’s both powerful and impressively long lasting. You could call it an expensive body mist or we could call it an affordable perfume, which is how I like to justify it to myself.
