Next time you are in Boots you have to check this out. The new No7 Airbrush Away Translucent Finishing Powder, £13.50, is something to see. A total impulse purchase, it was love at first swatch.
Seriously, go and touch it. It is the softest powder I have ever felt. Incredibly finely milled, creamy but light.
Thankfully it applies to the face as nicely as it swatches. Mattifies but doesn’t emphasise dry patches. Has that lovely blurring effect, to minimise pores and fine lines. And is completely undetectable on the skin.
I have dry skin so cannot vouch for it’s oil control properties. But to set your foundation, stop concealer creasing and blur imperfections, this is as good as pressed powder gets.
