Skincare ingredients are so confusing! Let’s break it down. Today…Antioxidants.
What Is It?
Antioxidants come in many forms. Found in ingredients lists as Vitamins C and E, green tea, pomegranate, coffeeberry, coenzyme Q10. Think superfoods for the face.
What Does It Do?
Antioxidants neutralise free radicals (molecules caused by pollution, smoke and sunlight) that can damage skin cells. Damaged skin looks older, so reducing the impact of these environmental factors is anti-aging.
What’s It In?
Most skincare products including serum, sunscreen and moisturiser.
