We say the same thing every year, no doubt, but doesn’t this winter feel never ending? Could not be more over it. Keep browsing forlornly at swimwear and attempting to go outside without a huge coat because the weather app says it’s reached a balmy sounding fourteen degrees. Am now quite desperate to feel the sun on my face and have taken to tanning and drinking rosé as an interim measure.
My self tan of choice is still the St. Tropez Express Bronzing Mousse. Too scared to try anything else now, as it’s the only one that doesn’t streak on me or give me the tiger bread legs as it fades. But it’s £33 a bottle, more cost effective than salon spray tans – or a holiday – yet not an insignificant outlay compared to the bargain that is going au natural. The cheapest I have ever found it was at Fragrance Direct, £18.99, alas the last bottle of the bulk order bought at this price has been finished and they no longer sell it, preventing me from stockpiling it anew. I have neither toilet paper nor tan. The cheapest I can find it currently is £24.75 at Feelunique, who then suggested this set to me at the suspiciously low price of £26.95.
The St. Tropez Award Winning Set contains one St. Tropez Express Bronzing Mousse, one St. Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower Lotion and an application mitt. Having received the set, am pleased to report that the products are full size as I was worried that I’d been hoodwinked by an inaccurate Product Description box. Excited to try the gradual tanning in shower product, expect a review coming soon.
